N-SIM

The Nikon N-SIM is a 4 color super resolution microscope that utilizes Structured Illumination  to achieve resolutions of 120nm in XY and ~350nm in Z.

  • Super-resolution imaging by structured illumination (up to 120 nm in XY, 350 nm in Z)
  • 4-color fluorescence imaging
