Crest LFOV Spinning Disk/ C2 Confocal

This inverted Nikon Ti2-E microscope is equipped with a CREST X-Light V2 large field of view spinning disk confocal, a C2-DUVB laser scanning confocal and an FRAP unit with a 405 nm Laser for photoactivation and photobleaching.  The Crest X-Light V2 spinning has the capability of a 25mm field of view and disk is equipped with a Prime 95 25MM sCMOS camera that has a high sensitivity (95% QE) and a Celesta Light system with 7 laser lines (405, 446, 477, 520, 546, 638, 749nm). The C2-DUVB is a 4 channel (405, 488, 561, 640nm) laser scanner with a GaAsP  detector unit that can be used for spectral imaging. The microscope utilizes the Nikon Perfect Focus System, an automated piezo stage to enable multi-position high throughput imaging. It is also equipped with an Oko cage incubator and  5% CO2 making it ideal for both fixed and live specimen imaging.
