CSU-22 Spinning Disk

CSU-22 Spinning Disk

This microscope is an inverted Nikon Ti microscope equipped with a CSU-22 spinning disk confocal, EMCCD camera, and a cage incubator with CO2 and humidity control. The system is optimized for imaging live cells with high sensitivity and resolution. The Nikon Perfect Focus System keep live samples in focus over time and multiple positions, while HCA jobs can be programed for easy scanning of plates and samples.
