CSU-W1 SoRa Spinning Disk Confocal Microscope

Ideal for confocal live cell imaging (great to image fixed samples as well) and super resolution without specific fluorophors or lengthy sample preparations. It also has a digital micromirror device (DMD) coupled with a 6 line laser combiner for simultaneous Photoconversion/Activation (optogenetics). It is equipped with environmental control (temperature and 5% Co2) for live imaging.

Capabilities

  • High speed imaging (confocal and widefield)
  • Highspeed super resolution
  • Photoconversion/Activation with DMD
