Ideal for confocal live cell imaging (great to image fixed samples as well) and super resolution without specific fluorophors or lengthy sample preparations. It also has a digital micromirror device (DMD) coupled with a 6 line laser combiner for simultaneous Photoconversion/Activation (optogenetics). It is equipped with environmental control (temperature and 5% Co2) for live imaging.
