Keyence BZ-X700 ("Coyote 1")

The Coyote 1 is a Keyence BZ-X700 that is set up for automated widefield epifluorescence with a high sensitivity RGB and monochrome camera. The microscope can accommodate slides, 35mm dishes, tissue culture plate and petri dishes. The machine can be used for imaging fixed samples, live samples (at room temperature), automated multi position and tiling, Structured illumination for increased resolution (pseudo confocal), phase contrast and oblique illumination. Please note this microscope is not suited for long term imaging or thick samples (>50um).

Capabilities

  • Multipositional acquisition and tiling
  • Structured illumination for increased resolution (pseudo-confocal)
  • Phase contrast and oblique illumination for high contrast brightfield imaging
  • 3D Imaging
  • 4-color fluorescence
  • Motorized stage
  • Accommodates well-plates
