Leica Widefield with Thunder

This system is a fully motorized high speed widefield imaging microscope for both reflected and transmitted light (fluorescence, brightfield and polarized light). A high speed motorized stage enables large image acquisition and multi-position high throughput imaging of plates.

The system is equipped with a high speed (up to 100fps full frame) high sentivity camera combined with an 8 channel LED with sequencer for high speed imaging of both fixed and live samples. It is also equipped with a color camera for imaging of both colorimetrics dyes (H&E etc...) as well as polarized light tissue stains.

The system is ran by LASX software with a "Thunder" compuational clearing module.

Finally, It is equipped with environmental control (temperature and 5% Co2) for live imaging.
