Molecular Device ImageXpress HTAi

This system is a high-content imaging system providing both spinning disk confocal and widefield imaging. It is optimized for imaging multi-well plates and has both air and water-immersion objectives. It also has temperature and CO2 control for live-cell imaging.

  • Andor Zyla 4.5 camera
  • Dual disk unit allowing selection between 3 modes
    1. 60 micron pinhole disk for your basic confocal requirements
    2. 50 micron slit for high throughput confocal requirements
    3. widefield imaging mode.
  • Gas Mixer
  • MetaXpress Imaging and Analysis software

Objectives:

  • Plan Apo Lambda 2x/0.1NA (default overview objective)
  • Plan Apo 10x/0.45NA
  • Apo LWD 20x/0.95NA WI
  • Apo LWD 40x/1.15NA WI

Option: Plan Apo Lambda 4x/0.2NA to be used instead of the 2X

 

Illumination

  • White LED for transmitted light 
  • Two 89 North LDI laser combiners for a total of 7 laser lines (405, 445, 475, 520, 555, 640 and 730nm)
