The FinWhale is a Zeiss Z.1 Light sheet microscope that can be used to image larger aqueous and cleared samples. The microscope is equipped with dual cameras for 2-Color simultaneous acquisition. The system can be used for high-speed fixed or live-cell imaging, imaging large thick samples at high resolution with low photobleaching and phototoxicity, and isotropic resolution. Samples are typically embedded in agarose and either aqueous or pre-cleared (Clarity, PACT, etc..). Samples can require extensive optimization. Please contact for more information!
